As ICA has grown over the years, so has the administrative expenses to support 60+ NGOs. These expenses including financial transaction fees (credit/debit cards, Paypal, funds transfers in/out), website development & maintenance costs, accounting & mailing costs, tax return filings, independent audit fees, etc.). The total annual pass-through donations have increased by a factor of 20+ over the last 20 years. Until now these expenses were covered by donations from several benefactors. However, with the significant increase in expenses, this is no longer possible.
